Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Better Mock. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: February 23, 2026
1. Eligibility and Account Access
You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed from your account.
2. Platform Use
Better Mock provides interview simulation, session workflows, and related evaluation features. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.
3. Billing, Credits, and Charges
Candidate billing currently uses a credits model. Quotes shown before session start are estimated. Final charges are applied according to recorded session usage and platform billing logic.
3A. Interview Data Usage (B2C and B2B)
For B2C users (individual candidates), interview data may be used to train and enhance Better Mock models and service quality.
For B2B customers, each business decides whether interview data is shared with Better Mock for training and enhancement. If a B2B customer does not opt in, interview data is not retained for model training or enhancement.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You must not upload or transmit malicious code, exploit security weaknesses, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual Property
Better Mock and its platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit platform assets.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal compliance requirements.
7. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Mock disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
